Notes:

1. Rates are subject to 15.5% government taxes and service charges, including the charges for additional persons, as specified below.
2. Rates include complimentary full course breakfast.
3. 15% discount on rates is offered on stays of 14 days or more.
4. Additional Children:
   1. There is an additional charge of USD $50+ per night per child 3-11 years old. Sleeping arrangements for children can vary from using the 2 sofa beds in Suite Villa 1 to additional rollaway beds, or a smaller child may sleep between parents in a king bed. The charge is for the child staying and not for the additional beds. The charge is not waived if the child does not require a rollaway bed.
   2. Infants <3 years old stay free. Baby cots are available if desired, but some parents may want a young child to sleep between them on their bed.
   3. Alta Vista has 3 roll-away beds and 2 baby cots available at any one time and requests for these depend on availability.
5. Please note that persons 12 years and older are treated as adults and would be expected to occupy normal villa beds. We do make exceptions for children 12 – 15 years old who, for special reasons, must sleep with their parents.  We also make special exceptions for an additional adult to stay together in the same villa with the main occupants who may legitimately need help. Please note that where such exceptions are made, all persons 12 years old and above will be charged USD $100+ a night
6. Please note that all bedroom villas are non-smoking. No request for a smoking bedroom will be entertained. In making a booking, guests accept that smoking in the bedroom villas will incur a deep cleaning and deodorizing charge of USD$250 per villa.
7. Villas 1, 2 & 3 are handicap accessible by ramps. All showers admit standard wheelchairs. However, there are no grab bars in the bathrooms. 
8. Check-in time is 1400 Hr and check-out time is 1200 noon.
