Villa 2 “Brava”
Luxury Villa “Brava” is named after an ancient elevated city in Thessalia, Greece, which is a region between Macedonia and Sterea, traditional homeland of heroes such as Achilles and Jason and a dreamy place of green mountainous landscapes and sweeping plains.
Villa 3 “Caria”
Luxury Villa “Caria” carries an ancient name meaning “steep country”, referring to a region of mountains and valleys in western Anatolia and historic home of a hardy people associated with nobility, honour and a spirit of service.
Villa 4 “Delphi”
Luxury Villa “Delphi” carries the name of an ancient Greek sanctuary high on Mount Parnassus overlooking the coastal plain, then considered the centre of the world and associated with the seat of a wise oracle that influenced important decisions throughout the ancient classical world.
Villa 5 “Eden”
Luxury Villa “Eden” has the name of the Biblical paradise, the "Garden of God" described in the Book of Genesis, associated with utopian bliss, a place of pristine and abundant natural beauty and a life of harmony with nature and with God.
Introduction
Each of these four luxury bedroom villas has a generous 78 square metres of personal space, including a spacious 50 square metres of internal space comprising a bedroom, a spacious walk-in wardrobe plus working desk cum dresser with chair and a classic bronze table lamp and refreshment counter, opening into an expansive bathroom. In addition, each bungalow benefits from a covered porch of 12 square metres and an open Bangkiray deck of 16 square metres. The design emphasises comfort, style and luxury, coupled with ergonometric functionality of all the living spaces. From the porch and deck there are stunning views across the entire estate and down the mountain to the northern coast. Hand-picked decorative touches and accents throughout present a special atmosphere of modern Balinese cultural elegance.
Interior
Each of the four luxury villas boasts a beautiful wood beam and Lupu rattan open-pitch ceiling, complementing warm and inviting tropical hardwood Merbau parquet floors. The villas have all bespoke designer furniture. Brava and Eden feature Hollywood twin beds (which can be configured as a king bed or as twin beds) while Caria and Delphi have king beds. The beds are backed by luxurious padded headboards. Superior King Koil mattresses and high quality bedlinen provide unparalleled sleeping comfort. The furniture is made of solid wood and ironwork, including the cushioned bench at the foot of the bed, generously sized bedside tables with designer lamps, armchair with standing lamp and a television console. Full length black-out curtains provide additional privacy. Hand-picked decorative touches and accents throughout present a special feel of modern Balinese cultural elegance and give each villa a unique atmospheric interior.
Walk in wardrobe
The walk-in wardrobes of the standard villas are each a generous 11 square metres in size. The wardrobe is ergonomically designed with two luggage racks and capacious compartments for folded and hanging clothes as well as other items. In this area there is a writing desk cum dresser with chair and a classic bronze table lamp, as well as a personal refreshment bar that provides a mini-fridge and coffee and tea making facilities. Each wardrobe includes a built-in safe for your personal use. The wardrobe area opens into the bathroom through bronzed mirror double doors.
Bathroom
The bathrooms of the Luxury Villas are all of 14 square metres and have a serene and harmonious combination of non-slip natural-grained marble floors and serene Palimanan stone walls. They feature Apaiser stone bath tubs of 1.8 x 0.9 metres designed to provide a luxurious personal sanctuary for soaking in warmed natural mountain water from the mountain spring and underground aquifer that supply the estate. The toilets boast integrated hygienic washers in the seats and the outsized glass shower cubicles feature high quality rain showers plus hand held showers. Double sinks set in a bathroom counter floating over a bed of white pebbles and a floating mirror backed by picture windows complete the elegance of the bathrooms. There is an incredible amount of natural light in the bathrooms, from large glass panes and sliding glass windows that look into beautifully gardens that also provide privacy. Additional privacy when required is provided by tasteful dark-wood venetian blinds. The double doors of the bathroom open in either direction and are panelled with full length wood-framed bronze mirrors that double as dressing mirrors. When closed, the doors become feature panels for both bathroom and bedroom.
Decks
The Bangkiray decks of the standard villas have two-seater outdoor lounge cum dining suites where the outdoors can be enjoyed at any time and where private meals can be taken. The views down the mountainsides from the decks are spectacular, and perhaps especially enjoyable when having a massage or doing a spot of exercise on the deck.
Covered porches
There are relaxing chairs and coffee tables in the covered porches just outside the bedrooms for reading, relaxing or just enjoying the views of the estate gardens.
Entertainment Systems
The entertainment system in each bedroom villa includes a large 42 inch flat screen television set with satellite TV and DVD player, plus an optional UE Boom speaker that can play your preferred personal playlist or music streamed from the internet on your own Bluetooth enabled device. High speed Wifi is available in all the villas and all the common living areas of the estate.
