- 15% discount on rates is offered on stays of 14 days or more.
- There is an additional charge of USD $50 per night per person for a roll-away bed or the use of the lounge sofa-bed in Villa 1, inclusive of breakfast.
- Baby cots are free of charge and are meant for children <3 years.
- Alta Vista has 2 roll-away beds and 2 baby cots available at any one time and requests for these depend on availability.
- Please note that all bedroom villas are non-smoking. No request for a smoking bedroom will be entertained. In making a booking, guests accept that smoking in the bedroom villas will incur a deep cleaning and deodorising charge of USD$250 per villa.
- Villas 1, 2 & 3 are handicap friendly. All showers admit standard wheelchairs. However there are no grab bars in the bathrooms.
